James is the Business Development Manager at Zyber and looks after the sales and marketing department. He is also one of the Directors at Zyber.

Background

After secondary school James completed a Bachelor of Business Degree and Post Graduate Diploma. He worked many years for the two leading telecommunications companies in New Zealand as a corporate Business Development Manager. James and the other Zyber director James Sampson also started and run a successful online investment property website propertybillboard.co.nz. His experience and expertise in the area of business development and online media has significantly added to the ongoing success of Zyber and customer satisfaction.

Interests

James loves playing all types of sports and is a keen musician/producer.

Role

James is head of Operations at Zyber and ensures both customer projects and in-house processes run like a well oiled machine.

Background

James initially studied and completed a Bachelor of Architecture, followed by post graduate studies in Marketing. He has over 10 years experience in the Web industry, and has worked as a freelancer for some of the top agencies in New Zealand in both a web development and project management capacity. His unique ability to understand both the technical and business aspects of websites is a huge asset to Zyber as a company which understands customer’s website needs, and can seamlessly translate the “technical talk” into a stress-free finished product. James and the other Zyber director James Monk, also started and run a successful online investment property website propertybillboard.co.nz.

Interests

James enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding, and is a keen swimmer. In his spare time he can be found programming, playing guitar, and shooting digital photography.

Website Business Consultant

BACKGROUND

Adrian comes from a background of Insurance and Marketing.  He has also spent a number of years overseas as a musician.  Adrian enjoys meeting with businesses and building a good rapport with clients.  After learning more about your business and target market Adrian will help you discover what website options are available and find the best solution for you.

INTERESTS

Adrian and his wife Jennifer recently welcomed their second child into the world.  Apart from hanging out with his family, Adrian's other interests include tennis, squash, wakeboarding, surfing and music (singing).

Role

Phil is a Website Business Consultant at Zyber and looks after new business sales and consulting.

Background

After secondary school Phil took up a sales role in the digital media replication industry where he has honed his skills over some 16 years. For the last 11 years Phil was employed by one of New Zealand’s leading digital media replication plants in a Key Account Manager role, including looking after two of the countries largest record labels. Phil brings a keen interest and understanding of online media and its importance in the marketplace and thrives on customer satisfaction, making him an asset to the Zyber team.

Interests
Phil is a keen dirt bike rider, surfer, guitarist and RC Helicopter pilot.

Role

Leonardo is the Account Manager for Zyber, helping clients reach their objectives with their websites is his passion.

Background

Leonardo equipped himself with a Bachelor Business Degree with a Double Major in IT and Marketing. Mastering his customer relationship management in the Hotel industry, Leonardo jumped over to the world of digital media over 3 years ago and has never looked back.

Leonardo is fascinated on how consumers interact with websites, which has provided him with the correct tools of the trade to help consult with clients regarding design and development of their website.

 

Interests

Leonardo enjoys a lot of contact sports and fitness training. He has recently created a bucket list and wishes to start his journey in completing his list.

Steven is the Web Production Designer at Zyber and looks after the design department.

Background

Steven started designing and drawing from a young age and still enjoys developing and up skilling himself in these areas on a regular basis. He moved into digital media while studying a diploma of screen at Brisbane TAFE in Australia.

 

Following his studies he worked as a freelance designer in Australia prior to moving to Auckland and starting with Zyber doing what he loves most... web design.

 

Interests

Steven is naturally a tech geek and loves anything to do with computers and devices. When he is not pushing pixels and learning all there is about web design you can find him travelling around Asia, watching films and dabbling in photography.

Website Developer

Background

Christian came from the Philippines and arrived in New Zealand in Oct 2010. He graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Far Eastern University. Website Development is Christian’s passion which he lives and breathes.  With the ongoing changes to technology and the internet Christian is definitely up for the challenge!

Interests

Christian is tech-savvy and loves technology and surfing the web. His other interests include his young family, basketball, swimming and playing foosball at Zyber HQ

I have worked as a telemarketer for the past 15 years, it is a role that I enjoy because I like to interact with people and I find it challenging and very rewarding.
