Future Proofing Sabato with Shopify 2.0 for B2B and B2C Growth.

Sabato, a specialty fine foods store and longstanding client of Zyber, sought to modernise their eCommerce platform to enhance both B2B and B2C operations. With ambitions to expand their wholesale offerings while continuing to serve retail customers, they required an upgraded solution that could adapt to changing business needs and improve user experience.

Zyber upgraded Sabato to a Shopify OS 2.0 theme, building on the foundation we established when we originally replatformed their site in 2020. This ensured they could leverage the latest eCommerce features for improved performance, flexibility, and a more seamless user experience.

What We Implemented.

Shopify 2.0 Upgrade

We transitioned Sabato to a new Shopify 2.0 theme, equipping them with access to the latest eCommerce tools, improved performance, and enhanced flexibility for future growth.

B2B Integration

We worked with CyberWorkshop to integrate MYOB Exo through their existing connector, enabling seamless B2B transactions and streamlining their wholesale operations.

Klaviyo Optimisation

Over 20 hours were dedicated to optimising Klaviyo, building custom flows and campaign templates that enhance the customer journey and foster personalised engagement.
