Pirate Nation’s integration with smile.io automates the process of turning hard-earned sales into repeat customers. By offering rewards, Pirate Nations are also able to gain more reviews to showcase on product pages, increasing trust and leading to higher conversion rates.
Those customer loyalty programs encourage customers to return, ReCharge enables those customers to turn their regular purchases into an automatic task. Customers are able to customise their subscription to receive their order every week, fortnight or month.
Within the first few months, Pirate Nation’s conversion rate increased 109%, there was a 68% increase in sales, and their email traffic increased 100%.
