Headless ‘My Account’ section with Shopify Hydrogen
We implemented a headless "My Account" system using Shopify Hydrogen, which pulls real-time data from NetSuite. This feature enabled B2B customers to view invoices (including in-store purchases), past orders, quotes, account balances, and tailored pricing, all in one place. Customers can also place orders on behalf of their teams, making the platform ideal for larger businesses with multiple users.
B2B experience with B2C-like functionality
While maintaining traditional B2B features such as account-specific pricing and access control, we designed the platform to offer a smooth, B2C-style experience. Smaller B2B customers, such as tradies, can now easily browse products, see pricing once logged in, and complete purchases in a streamlined, user-friendly manner, akin to B2C platforms.
NetSuite integration with Fusion5
The project involved tight collaboration with Fusion5 to integrate Shopify Plus with NetSuite, ensuring that inventory, pricing, and customer data were synced across all locations and channels. This integration supports real-time updates and ensures the platform runs smoothly for both B2B customers and internal teams.
