With over 90 locations, BedsRus is Australasia's largest independent bedding retailer, seeking to enhance its online presence and streamline operations.

By leveraging Shopify Plus, the project focused on delivering a seamless, scalable solution that supports both in-store and online growth.

Platform migration

Transitioned from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus, ensuring improved performance and scalability.

Theme duplication

Duplicated the NZ site theme for a consistent and familiar shopping experience for customers while reducing development time.
